The Real Estate Concentration

The MBA concentration in Real Estate prepares students for a career in the Real Estate industry. The introductory required course, MGMT 659, introduces a series of basic business concepts commonly used in the real estate industry and it covers in detail the application of the discounted cash flow model to real estate decisions. The elective courses provide both a depth and breadth of understanding of the industry. To receive the concentration, a minimum of 12 credit hours of real estate coursework must be completed.
