Welcome from the Registrar
Dear Class of 2018,
The Jones Graduate School of Business (JGSB) Registrar Office is excited to welcome you to the MBA program! Our main objective with our students and other key stakeholders is to facilitate and support the creation and delivery of our degree programs. Among some of the key items we support are registration and course planning, academic calendars, degree and enrollment verification, grade letter/tuition reimbursement assistance and graduation. We look forward to working with and supporting you with these things during the duration of your program.
The JGSB Registrar Office consists of two staff members - Sara Brooks (Assistant Director of Enrollment & Operations) and Maria Johnson (Director of Student Records & Associate Registrar). We are always on hand to help you navigate the direction of your degree and ensure that you are properly tracking your credits and grades to ensure a successful graduation.
As an MBA student you will be required to register for classes once a semester. You will begin the process of Fall 2016 registration in early July. Information will be forthcoming on all of the steps required to register in the next issue of the Scoop.

As we move ever-closer to the start of the new academic year, we would like to offer you a few important reminders.
Billing for Fall will begin the first week of July and will be viewable through your ESTHER Account Summary.
The Payment Arrangement Deadline for Fall is August 10. This is the date by which all payment arrangements (Student Loans, Semester Payment Plans, direct payments, etc.) must be made.
We recommend that all students reference the Funding Resources Owl Space site to review funding options, payment methods, etc. For those who do not yet have Owl Space access, please reference the Financial Resources section on OwLaunch in the interim – instructions for access to Owl Space will be emailed to you approximately 3-5 business days after you submit your enrollment deposit.

CampusGroups is a web-based student resources and activities management platform. In addition to program-specific information, CampusGroups provides access to student club information, event registration, an inclusive events calendar, and the ability for users to share content.
