What is the Energy Project?
Rice Business students are matched with teams to support the building of a business plan around their clean tech focused product! Students will utilize their Rice Business mentor to form their pitch, conduct market research, and test viability. The work culminates into a pitch competition at the end of the semester, where each team will compete for funding!

Testimonials
"The Energy Project was a highlight of my first year at Rice. I loved the energy and inspiration being around such a passionate group. This is a great way to get out of the Rice bubble and apply our business skills in a practical and influential way!" - Dana Vazquez, FT MBA '24
