Chase Tower Tour

The Real Estate Association is excited to announce an exclusive property tour of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Tower in the heart of downtown Houston, owned and managed by Hines.

Completed in 1982 and designed by I. M. Pei & Partners, JPMorgan Chase Tower is Houston’s tallest building, rising 75 stories and 1,002 feet above downtown. The 1.66 million-square-foot office tower recently underwent extensive renovations, including a hospitality-inspired lobby, new glass pyramid entry, outdoor plaza and green space, conference facilities, and a tenant lounge.

This tour will offer a behind-the-scenes look at one of Houston’s most iconic office properties, including insights into the ownership, development, asset management, and property management of a landmark urban asset.

The visit will be led by members of the Hines team, who will share property-specific insights and participate in a discussion with REA members.
