The Career Development Office
Career Conference
The JGSB Career Conference is a mini career exploration event and consists of industry-specific panels of JGSB Alumni and Corporate Partners. The conference is designed to introduce students to various career options, to give students the opportunity to ask questions of industry experts and to expand their network. This year’s panels are: Consulting, Energy Operators, Oilfield Services, Entrepreneurship, Financial Services, Investment Banking, Operations/Supply Chain, Real Estate, Technology, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Health Care.
You may review the list of panelists and their bios here: https://bit.ly/2wagVWJ
Signing Up: Be sure to review the panels so you can register and sign up for two industry panels in OWL-Careers under “Workshops”. RSVPs are required and you must attend both panels for which you’ve registered. Once you RSVP, you will see a QR code. Hit the option to “Send Yourself an Email” to receive the QR code on your mobile device. This will be your ticket in! Please remember to send yourself the QR code for the event.
Once you select your panels, please be sure to review the panelist bios and conduct thorough research to ensure that you are prepared to actively engage with panelists throughout each session.
