Subject: Professional MBA Evening Program - First Year Teams
Class of 2019,
I hope you are getting excited for the start of the school year. Rest up, next week will be fast and furious with very little down time. I have attached to this message the list of teams for this upcoming year. You will work with these teams throughout all of your classes for the entire first year. On the first day of Immersion you will walk through a team effectiveness session. Really work on the advice that is given...your team will be essential to your success during this first year. Though it's inevitable that you will have some conflict, learn from it and become a stronger team through the process.
I encourage all of you to get in touch with each other before coming to campus on Monday. Have dinner or drinks together if possible...or set up a call with each other. Get to know each other a bit before arriving on Monday. You are about to spend quite a bit of time together in a very small breakout room throughout the next week. You don't want Monday to be the first time you have spoken to each other.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions. This is going to be a fabulous year! I look forward to being a part of the experience with you.
