Dear Full-time MBA Students,

On behalf of the Career Development Office (CDO), welcome to Rice Business! We are excited to welcome you to the Rice family and look forward to meeting each of you. We recognize the uncertainty of what the fall might bring, but the CDO team is committed to delivering a stellar experience for you. This includes recruiting opportunities for students seeking a summer 2021 internship. While much of recruiting will most likely be conducted virtually, many of our corporate hiring partners are anxious to engage with your class. Many of you are pursuing the MBA to advance your career, facilitate a career transition and prepare for leadership roles within the business community. The CDO is here to serve as a resource and active partner to ensure you reach your career goals.

Each of you should have received an invitation to access and take the CDO Career Course on Canvas. Be sure to complete the CDO Career Course by August 3. This is required for all incoming students and necessary to be approved for campus recruiting. Even if you decide not to take part in campus recruiting, we ask that you complete the course.
