El Paso Finance Center

The El Paso Corporation Finance Center (EPFC or Finance Center) is designed to bring the markets to the students – and the students to the markets. This is done through integration into the Jones School finance curriculum, on-going training, and extra-curricular activities such as trading simulations. The EPFC is home to the M.A. Wright Fund, the Jones School’s student-managed investment fund.

The EPFC boasts 12 state-of-the-art Dell DXM610 Blade Workstations offering industry standard software across financial markets (currency, commodities, energy, equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, and real estate). Resources such as Bloomberg, and FactSet provide students with access to a wealth of financial data and analytical tools.

The Finance Center is located on the west end of the Jones School's third floor, room 354. Use of the EPFC is available to Rice University students, but is strictly limited to use for academic purposes.
