I’m originally from Nebraska but have lived in Houston for 18 years. (Am I an official Texan yet?) I am very glad to have escaped the winters, but I spend a lot of time on the phone keeping up with family and friends in the Midwest. Outside of work I love trying new restaurants/bars, going for walks with my husband, and watching TV with my cats. What music am I listening to right now:
Pink Martini is my favorite overall, but generally I like music to match the occasion. For my commute, I listen to a podcast or upbeat pop music. For a rural drive, I like Willie Nelson, and for a dinner party I like Buena Vista Social Club.
