Club Leadership Training *Mandatory*

Hello All,

I hope that you all had a great weekend and a super great time at Gala. Congratulations on being elected by your peers to take over your club next year. As you should have heard from your out-going club president, there was supposed to be a mandatory club leadership training on Friday, March 30th from 9:00am -4:00pm. 

There has been a great outcry that the training is on Good Friday, and many of you had plans to travel home/not be in town. Because of this I have moved the training to Friday April 27th. It will be from 9:00am-1:00pm. This training is MANDATORY.

This training is very important as it will introduce you to the various departments that you will be working with throughout the year, how to access your club funds, how to get sponsorship, how to plan events and programming, and setting expectations on how we will work together on your goals in the upcoming year. There will be a lot of important information disseminated at this training and it is imperative for you to be there.

I suggest bringing your treasurer with you and any other officers who plan major events throughout the year.

If for some reason you cannot be there, you need to email me and let me know. We will have to schedule a makeup session. You will also need to make sure that you have a representative for your club there.

I will provide breakfast. Please make sure that you RSVP so that I have the correct numbers. Please send the link to any of your officers that will also be in attendance.
