Roundtable with Mark Cover (Hines - CEO Southwest Region)

Co-sponsored by the Real Estate Club and the Entrepreneurship Club, the Liu Idea Lab for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (LILIE) will host Mark Cover as a guest speaker for the LILIE Lecture series. This event will provide a time to engage with Mr. Cover and learn about his experience in real estate as an "intrepreneur."

Mark Cover is the Chief Executive Officer for Southwest USA and Mexico at Hines Interests Limited Partnership. He joined the firm in 1983. In his career with Hines, he has contributed to the development, acquisition and/or management of more than 20 million square feet of commercial real estate totaling $2 billion of value in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah and Mexico. He is currently responsible for key investment partner relationships and related property in the Southwest United States and general asset management of 16 million square feet. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bob Jones University in 1982 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1987.
