Our Mission

The Rice Business Women’s Organization (RBWO) exists to empower, connect, and build lasting communities for graduate women and allies.

We bring together people from diverse backgrounds to build confidence, share resources, and amplify women’s presence in spaces where they are underrepresented.

Through meaningful connections, mentorship, and collaboration with other organizations, we create opportunities that help members grow as leaders, leave a legacy of inclusion, and ensure every person feels they truly belong.

All current students of the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University are eligible for membership. EmpowerFit: Strength and Sisterhood

Co-Owner and Head Nutrition Coach Rachel Hibbs will lead us through a hands-on weightlifting workshop, followed by a Q&A and gym tour where she’ll share her journey from teaching to entrepreneurship. Look out for an email from Michelle to sign a waiver before the event.
