Chef Olivier will close the restaurant and do a $55.00 3 course wine pairing. (If you'd like more than the three wine pairings, there is plenty available for purchase) We will get a tour of the kitchen, a visit with his wine expert, a visit with his business partner/lawyer, and time with him to learn about operating restaurants in the US and abroad.
