VC 101 - Introduction to Venture Capital

The PEVC Club is excited to kick off our inaugural event with guest speaker Dennis Murphree, managing partner of Murphree Venture Partners here in Houston. In addition to his various business ventures, Mr. Murphree teaches "Creative Entrepreneurship" and "Venture Capital" at JGSB. Please join us to hear his captivating story and involvement in the world of Venture Capital.

We have decided to open this event to all JGSB students to encourage students interested in Private Equity and/or Venture Capital to join our club. Additionally, this will give first year MBA students a valuable preview of Mr. Murphree's Venture Capital class, which is offered to second year students.
